Feature Requests

Currently, in order to require a time change request (which we want in place for BT/RBTs), the session note must be locked from editing. We would like these two features to not be linked. Clinicians need to be able to edit parts of their note without going back into the entire note wizard and they need to be able to complete the time change request. If it is not possible to unlink those two note permissions, please allow Managers to be able to edit within the note without unlocking it. Currently, if something is requiring changes, our QA lead must unlock the content from manual editing. During that time, staff can not complete a time change request.

As an alternative to reopening session notes and changing existing content of a signed note it should be possible to add one or more amendments to the notes.

I would like a dynamic field that can divide the session duration by 4 to figure out the number of units.

Merging requests for updates related to protocol modification, supervision mode & supervision notes.

Following the signing of notes, it would be nice for parents (whom english is not their native language) to translate the notes to their native language.

Currently, program data fields (e.g., objective or other custom fields) are not visible within the session data table. This makes it difficult for clinicians and reviewers to quickly understand what objective or goal the collected data is tied to. Allowing program data fields to populate within the session data table would improve documentation clarity and help meet payor/school requirements

The ability to grant visibility access via note template would help to give parents access to parent notes without giving them access to start the parent training sessions. (Currently, if you allow them visibility for the session, they can see the notes without issues, but they can also start a session, which could skew data. And giving them access to the history tab allows them to see all sessions/supervision, which we want to avoid.) Having a toggle on the Note Template for different user visibility would help to avoid this issue while still giving them the access they need.

Some medicaid payors require parent signature on daily session notes. Some accounts are able to see the "add signature" after a session note is completed and some are not able to. All accounts should have access to this, without requiring supervisory level access. This is different than the "sign now" option, which only allows the current logged in user to sign. And the "request signature" option requiring caregivers to log into an account and sign. The less effort to get the signatures the better this will work out for everyone.

Cannot use the endorsement form template I created without this feature.

Similar to other sources such as AutoNotes. It would be super helpful to have a transcription of a meeting with caregivers and then an AI autogenerated SOAP note from the encounter.
