Hi all! Would love an update to support ease of organizing the order of programs within a session. Right now, it is completed with the "add to session" and there is the small grey bar that pops-up at the bottom & we can slide the programs/use the drop down menu. This can be difficult and time-consuming? Can we.... -have a full screen view that would allow us to see session the same way an RBT would? -can we have some options that we can select from as various default views (e.g., group by behavior reduction/acquisition/maintenance/baseline, group by ABC order, group by domain, etc.).

I love the live supervision notes but find that having the text box under each program can make sessions visually overwhelming and disorganized. It would greatly reduce visual distractions and streamline live session note writing if there was a feature to expand and collapse each program in live session notes to only have text boxes open that are being used during live sessions.

Request to add a "redo" button when running sessions (opposite of undo button). We've had RBTs accidentally click the "undo" when a timer had been running and it's very difficult to get that duration back into the data again.

If BT is running direct session and midlevel supervisor is running a parent training session and BCBA is in supervision mode for both, there is no way to easily toggle between the two session on the supervision page without exiting to home page and switching to the other session. Can we add a feature to allow toggling between sessions for the same client?

Ability to fully preview what a session looks like when it’s started, without actually needing to start a session. As a BCBA, I like to check to see what my RBTs will visually see so I can quickly optimze how targets are organized

When in supervision, you can see how long the RBT has been running session. It would be beneficial if there was also a duration stopwatch for how long supervision has been occurring. Many times, I am having to guess down to the minute and I may be off by one or two minutes. It would be really helpful to have the duration tracker for supervision.

I need a way to start a video session without formally starting the supervision session. Currently, since I need to start the supervision session first, if the RBT does not join the video session due to miscellaneous tech issues I then need to go in and delete the session note. Instead, please make it so that a video session can be started without starting a supervision session. Thank you.

We would like to be able to document feedback given to staff, but not necessarily ones that they need to look at. We do compose staff notes that they have access to. However, we wanted to document times when staff are given a correction, details of the correction, etc without them seeing. Can notes be configured to be locked from certain users or hidden (ideal)?
