Feature Requests

Having the ability for all levels to re-start a session if accidentally ending it - accidents definitely happen but being able to reopen a session if ended early would be great!

We have to scroll up and down over each goal and get thrown back to the top if we do any modifications. It would be nice to have a feature where goals could be viewed as icons or small boxes rather than the long list so we could move from goal to goal without having to scroll Requested Improvements: Alternative Goal View (Grid/Icon Layout): Introduce an option to display goals as compact icons or small boxes (grid view), rather than a continuous vertical list. This would allow users to quickly scan and select goals without excessive scrolling. Toggle View Feature: Provide a toggle option that allows users to switch between: Current List View (detailed, vertical format) New Grid/Icon View (compact, quick-access format) Maintain Scroll Position: When a goal is modified or saved, the system should retain the user’s current position in the list (or grid), rather than resetting to the top.

Adding programs to a session by having to separately navigate to the client's home page is cumbersome and it is results in programs being missed as added to the session since there is no easy way to know if a program is in a session or not. The fact that a program can be "active" yet not in a session increases the margin for making an error. We should be able to add/remove programs from a session directly from the program itself, and it would be really, really helpful if there was an easy way to view a session and confirm what's in it. The horizontal scroll bar for viewing program sessions is only viewable when adding a program, and it isn't very visually friendly as a list format.

Please add a feature to copy a current session made to create/update a second session with a new name. Currently for non-double bill clients we have seperate sessions so that the correct session note is linked, due to continuous errors from RBTs selecting the wrong session note (XP or Billable) when supervised. Also I have separate sessions for in school, home, or center provided therapy because different programs apply, but the bulk of programs are often same, so copy/paste feature would allow to easier set up and add the additional/different goals needed in each session setting. I have to ensure multiple sessions made have the same programs and setup which is tedious and time consuming. Being able to one create a whole new session from copying a current one BUT ALSO updating one session and being able to select something like "copy order" and "past order" on another active session.

I want to add in a session for incident reports, non-billable times (if a child naps/falls asleep/is sick and isn't able to participate, etc). It would be nice if I could make the protoype for the session and change the session type (it only lets me choose to make it "normal", "parent activity", or "Staff training"). I know I can manually enter it as an incident report or break, but it would be great to have it automated to this.

In supervision, when a staff member is handling a crisis, it would be helpful for the BCBA to collect data for the staff, such as during watch mode.

It would be helpful if the latest program modifications were displayed at the top of the screen when a technician hits “start session.” They’re currently in the middle so it’s easy for the technician to scroll right past them
