Feature Requests

Place of service often changes between when a session is scheduled and when treatment actually occurs. To help address this, we’d like to request the following enhancements: Allow users to easily view the scheduled place of service on the home page and/or when starting a session. If a user selects a place of service in HiRasmus that does not match the scheduled location, prompt an alert so the user can either correct the session note or update the appointment.

When a BCBA starts a supervision session within a technician's direct service (with the "supervise" option), the supervision appointment does not appear on the BCBA's schedule.

Would love for Hi Rasmus to have it's own practice management/scheduling/clinical platform all in one

Require a payroll report by therapist. The scheduler is great (compared to AlohaABA) since we don't require insurance billing. However, payroll calculations for staff need to be manual since there is no payroll report in the scheduler.

When viewing "My Schedule" the appointments can be viewed in a daily, weekly, monthly format. We are hoping the layout could revamped to make it easier to read.

Organization would like rates included in finder information, not within notes section to have it pulled easily elsewhere with the scheduling tool

Allow for appointments to be moved around the calendar (like a Google calendar) to make scheduling changes faster.
