Feature Requests

When our center is closed for national holidays or another reason, we currently have to delete every session for that day individually, which is very time-consuming, especially during summer or winter breaks which last two weeks each. It would be a great improvement if adding a Global Unavailability automatically deleted or cancelled all sessions for that day.

The current scheduling function in Hi Rasmus requires every session to be managed individually, which is inefficient in high-volume situations such as client/therapist sick days, multi-day holiday cancellations, or rescheduling periods between semesters. We would like the ability to bulk-cancel multiple sessions for a client on the same day, which could perhaps be possible by being able to select multiple sessions at once. This feauture would also be helpful in terms of moving or deleting mutliple sessions all together. Finally, adding copy, paste, and duplicate functionality for sessions would significantly speed up scheduling processes.

Would like to use the scheduling features to send messages/communicate with staff about available shifts and updates as a group.

We have a staff member who currently has services during the night. (For example, from 11 pm to 3 am) We are not able to schedule any sessions past midnight as that created an error in Aloha. We currently need to schedule one session until 11:59 am and another session from 12 am and on. This causes the RBT to need to clock out at midnight and and then clock in again, as well as write two session notes.

Place of service often changes between when a session is scheduled and when treatment actually occurs. To help address this, we’d like to request the following enhancements: Allow users to easily view the scheduled place of service on the home page and/or when starting a session. If a user selects a place of service in HiRasmus that does not match the scheduled location, prompt an alert so the user can either correct the session note or update the appointment.

When viewing "My Schedule" the appointments can be viewed in a daily, weekly, monthly format. We are hoping the layout could revamped to make it easier to read.

We'd love to utilize Hi Rasmus as a centralized platform to "check in" clients when they arrive and "check out" when they leave.
