Feature Requests

In order to make clocking in and tracking 40 hour coursework easier, it would be great if there were an option to turn on a staff activity to start/stop when the technician is completing the 40 hour RBT course. This would eliminate confusion on the part of the new technicians on how to clock in before starting the coursework and allow us to ensure they are only billing for time worked on the modules. Alternatively, if we could at minimum have a log of date and time started the modules and date and time stopped the modules so we could audit actual time spent working and time submitted for payroll, that would be helpful! (Currently, it only shows the start date and time and only if there was an 'activity'. It does not show the start date/time of every time they login and resume the course. Also, there is no end time or total duration log that is accessible).

It'd be great to be able to link treatment fidelity/integrity evaluations with specific clients & programs for ongoing analysis of implementation. This would significantly reduce the amount of tracking occurring outside of the platform and put the data next to client performance graphs.

I would like to finish my training in my computer but I don't have access.

We require all individuals enrolled in our RBT Course to submit the video submissions. At this time, individuals are able to skip them then when they complete the chapter are unable to go back in to complete the videos. It would be great to be able to disable to ability to skip the video submission OR force it to be moved to the end of the unit and the unit can't be completed until videos are submitted and not allow the next unit to open until that video is completed. We've had this issue multiple times that people skip the video with the intention to submit later, the unit closes, then not only can they NOT submit the video but they are not able to access the checklist to accompany that video. This has created a lot of more work for me to work with them to have those videos completed especially since we don't have a fidelity checklist readily available to us unless the video has been submitted.

Allow staff to view the training course after completion. Some of our staff would like to go back and review information but this is not available at the moment.

Please help us set up a notification when a new user has accepted the HiRasmus invitation so we know when to assign the trainings.

videos are not accessible to the deaf without some kind of captions

I've gone through the 40 hour coursework successfully but am disappointed in myself that I didn't take more notes. It would be cool to be able to see the previous work so that I can continue to study while I wait to get on the schedule. I can see the outlines for the previous chapters/modules, but the outline doesn't specifically outline all of the definitions and video prompts that I would have liked to be able to write down.
