Aloha integration: When a BCBA supervises an RBT session in Hi Rasmus and sends the note to Aloha, include the option to push the RBT's name and session information so it prefills the supervision tab in Aloha.

For RBT notes that require a supervisor signature, the notes are not being sent to aloha after the supervisor signs. Once the supervisor signs, the notes disappear and the BCBA does not get an option or notification to transfer it to aloha. It would be helpful to either automatically transfer it to a linked appointment or give the supervisor the option to send it when they sign without the BCBA or RBT having to go to a separate tab and remember to send the note later on.

It would be great if there was a way that we could check if the note/note times in HiRasmus match the appointment times in Aloha ABA before we send them. Right now we are being hit with little orange triangles in Aloha when the times don't match and it would be incredibly helpful to have that information checked prior to sending!

Is possible to choose a dark green or different color, so we can visually see the different between complete.

In Hi Rasmus reporting, we can see minimal information from Aloha appointments. When notes are published it overwrites the scheduled session time and auto renders the appt (if this is turned on). It would be great to be have this as a filter option, where scheduled session start and end times from Aloha, show up in Hi Rasmus reporting. This would help report on discrepancies in duration (scheduled vs. delivered) later.

It would be incredibly beneficial to look at mastered targets and goals/programs by authorization period. You can enter in time period when creating a treatment plan, but I'd love to look at goal mastery / duration of active programs when looking at outcomes reporting so we are able to see % goal/ program mastery over time (e.g., % of programs mastered within 6 months of introduction).

Allowing RBT's and Analyst to get session notes signed AFTER the session has been completed and sent to integrated platforms.

It would be very helpful for auditing to pull the Lumary Integrated session note fields into the activities overview reporting tab in Hi Rasmus
