The issue I am running into is that I dont have an efficient way to look at text data when looking at target data. For example, when I want the technicians to collect mand data (a list of mands that were emitted during a session), in addition to collecting frequency data, I dont have a way to look at this data when I am analyzing graphs and data. Ideally, I would be able to click on a data point on the graph and the list of mands that were collected during that session would pop up so that I can easily see how many mands were emitted (frequency) and what mands were emitted (the list of mands) during that session. This would also allow me to see if the technician accurately collected the data for mand variety because the number of mands in the list of mands emitted should equal the frequency of mands collected. This feature would also be helpful for frequency of vocal sounds emitted during a session. Ideally, the technician would be able to collect frequency data while being able to write in a list of vocal sounds that were emitted during the session. Motivity has this feature - The option to add a text box to a program alongside additional data collection methods. When analyzing a graph, the BCBA would be able to click on the data point on the graph and the data + the text box data would pop up (the BCBA could also open up more information on a certain data point in the list of data below the graph. This would have a positive impact on my work because I would be able to have more information regarding the mands and vocalizations of my clients that I dont get to observe as often as I would like to due to in-home supervisions that are only for an hour or so per week. Having this feature would help me really understand what vocals they are emitting and then program in ways that would build upon those vocals to keep their progress going upward more seamlessly.
