Way to include treatment plan goals in session notes to go along with specific targets

Insurance is getting more and more particular with session notes and often requesting that treatment plan goals be specifically listed.
I would like for there to be a way to connect the individual program targets to the treatment plan goals that show in the pdf/export version of the session notes.

YESS! I have been trying to figure out how to do this across our various note templates as well! This would be AMAZING!
