Currently there is only a binary option of if a response is considered "correct" or "incorrect", however, not all responses follow that binary rule. Looking at the SBT option, for example, there is an option for "skipped". This is typically selected when another thing is a priority and shouldn't be counted against the client. As of right now, the data is highly skewed because if you select "skipped" it looks like a wrong response was made but that isn't always the option.
