Use "Signature on File"

Allow all users (RBT's, BCBA's, Caregivers, etc.) to be able to save a copy of their signature and user their signature on file to sign each note.
Payors are starting to require BCBA signatures on all RBT notes across the BCBA's caseload. Assuming a BCBA has a caseload of 8 clients, with 3 sessions per day per client, 5 days per week...that's 120 additional signatures per week!
Caregivers are required to sign every note.
Payors are denying claims for illegible signatures.

Medicaid requires that all provider documentation includes an eligible and verifiable signature. If Hi Rasmus does not plan to support a saved signature or stored electronic signature feature in the near future, then all clinical note templates must include a dedicated field for providers to manually type their full name, credentials, and date to ensure compliance.
Please advise if a saved signature feature is available, and if not, whether note templates can be updated to include a signature block with: Full Name and Professional Credentials in addition to the signature; similar to the "Reports" signature fields.

We just got hit with audits and the main reason for denial after providing all detailed records was "illegible signature" or "insufficient signature - initials only" this applied to Behavior techs.
