Timestamped Data

Can there be a feature to view the timestamp of when data was collected to identify time-based trends? I know there is the heatmap option; however, there are times where I find this be too broad. Would love to know "this behavior happens at 10:12 or 10:15 everyday, so we will start to prime at 10:00am" etc.

Include actual time rather than relative time with data point

When viewing a historical session (History > view session), and then hovering over a data point for a trial, it would be helpful to see the actual time when the data was entered. Currently, it shows the time relative to the beginning of the session. However, because technicians typically start the session in Hi Rasmus as they are preparing for the session, the timestamp on a data point is based on whenever the technician started the session in Hi Rasmus, not on the actual start time. When reviewing data, sometimes I need to know exactly when a data point was collected, such as when I want to compare it to a video recording of the session. If the data point included the actual time rather than the relative time, it would be much easier to observe the behaviour associated with the data when reviewing session video.

Timestamp data

I would love for the timestamp data to use the actual time rather than the time relative to session start. Having the timestamp data all be relative to the session start makes it harder to analyze the relevant data for my needs. The way it is now, it's very frustrating to have data that I need be just out of reach due to the way the timestamp system is set up. Maybe toggling between timestamp modes can just be an option in the settings for users to accommodate those who prefer the current timestamp system? Thank you.

YASS! Agreed - we need this!

This is extremely vital in determining patterns of behavior and is a feature offered in other data collection platforms.

I second this!

I can't find anything about the heatmap option - where is information to learn about that?

Yes this would be helpful for us as well! We want to use the heat map feature, but it currently is time-stamping all the data based on when the session was started (versus when the response actually happened) - so for a session that runs all school day and is handed off to multiple staff, our heat map data is inaccurate.
