Right now, if there is no data after a phase change is entered, it will not show. It also will not show if the phase change line is dated before 12:00am on the day of the first data point. This used to not be the case.

Can we please have it back to where the phase change lines will show, regardless of its relation to any data?

When I look at the graphs its helpful to see that there's been a modification with a phase change line even if there hasn't been any data yet after that point without having to look through the annotations to figure it out.
