Phase Change Lines Improvement

Option to hide individual phase change lines (currently all or nothing) so trend lines/averages are calculated across the specified data set instead of when the phase change was implemented. The reason for this is because if progress is initially made after the phase change is incorporated, the trend line may indicate stable (but a change in level).

Can a feature be added to add a condition change line to multiple graphs with the same label, time, and date at the same time? For example, all acquisition targets at once.

When I look at all the annotations on a graph, they show up in a seeming random date order which makes it hard to go through

It would be super nice to be able to select from the list of programs and add a single phase line to all of them.

Average lines separated across phases

When a graph include a phase line and also displays average lines, it shows the average for each phase (so we end up with 2 - 3 average lines on one graph). It's not clear which average goes with which phase, and it's hard to read because all the lines run across the whole graph, rather than being confined to their phase. An example is attached. It would be great to have the average lines only run the length of their associated phase (just like trend lines do).
