In-App Messaging to therapists & parents

Messages between parents, therapists, BCBAs would be huge value-add. So much clinical context happens in conversation: progress updates, suggestions for change, scheduling changes etc.. Capturing that conversational context in the same place treatment is planned/conducted/modified/and reported on would be very helpful. It would also give parents huge incentive to download the app and use it more often.

It would be nice to have a chat box to be able to live chat with the technician. Sometimes there are topics or strategies I would like to direct the technician to implement without the client hearing.

The ability to securely message staff and caregivers would absolutely be a game changer. Even if it were just an option for premium staff profiles.

Yes, this would be awesome! Voice can be really distracting. For some clients I have to temporarily turn my video off to not derail the session.

Chat option while doing virtual supervision

Sometimes I'll message the RBTs during virtual supervision to avoid talking about behaviors in front of the client. It would be helpful to have a chat/message feature on the video call so RBTs don't have to close out of hirasmus which pauses the video.

This would be so helpful to replace some outside apps as well that are used to message families of updates/pictures/things needed/etc! We would LOVE this!

Questions to Supervisor.

We desperately need a way to send a question to the Supervisor about the plan or any of the goals or behaviors we see. Something to where we have an electronic "paper trail" for when we we aren't actively in supervision.
