Sometimes we are encountering that it is difficult to locate a program when we have clients with 30+ programs. A search feature would be very helpful so we can quickly access the program for data collection.

Agree this can be hard! Something that could also be really helpful is a menu on the side that just lists the goal names in alphabetical order or in alphabetical order embedded under the core skill domains (Kinda like the progress page). This way you can quickly scroll through the goals and select the one you would like to take data.
