SBT - select/rearrange upcoming trials

In SBT, I wish we could see the next several (maybe 5) upcoming trials and have the option to select and rearrange the order of trials.

Another option would be to show all open trials (and have them available for data entry), but just highlight the planned terminal skill that the randomization algorithm suggests.
