We still experience inaccurate/out of date information (dynamic form fields) in Hi Rasmus session notes when session locations or service codes are updated in Lumary and users do not take the extra step of refreshing the corresponding client's Lumary appointments from the "Clients" tab in Hi Rasmus. Is there a way to trigger this refresh on the users behalf? (Or a refresh of all Lumary appointments from the Hi Rasmus Integrations tab). If either is possible? If not possible, do you have any recommendations for ensuring users complete this necessary step after session updates are made? We have created in-app guidance with specific instructions and embedded a link directly to the Hi Rasmus Client tab. Suggestions are appreciated.
