Not all users have access to wi-fi during session. While there is a work around for offline data collection this is not adequate for those who would have to remember to start the session before they leave home or if a community outing happens without the user having wifi access before.

We currently have 14 clients at our clinic and they all go out into the community at some point during the week. It is a lot for us to turn on and off the offline capabilities every day. We would like to be able to turn it on for everyone so when they go out, we can access HiRasmus.

I'd love more details. Is it difficult to turn on offline mode for each user or is it due to the 5 client limit, or something else?

Shara Deepankar It's due to the 5 client limit. It would be a lot for us to turn on who is going out for that day, and then have to change it the next day. Or if more than 5 go out on one day, we couldn't use it. Thanks!!
