I am looking for a feature to track the intensity of maladaptive behaviors within an observed behavior. For example, I am looking for a way to track the intensity and frequency of behaviors that occur within meltdown. If i have a client that engages in meltdown, within that meltdown behavior, I am looking to be able to track how many self injurious bites occurred during that specific time and if they left permanent product, if they threw themself out of their chair during that time, if they engaged in any aggression and if that aggression left permanent product. I would like to do this all within that one instance of meltdown.
