Mastery Workflow Across Trials

Victoria Deshazor, Sr. Manager of Training & Center Operations
Agreed. Would love to see this as well. This would be very helpful. Reasoning: multiple disciplines in one building, child receives all services in 1 day, unable to co-treat due to payor requirements, resulting in 2-4 direct ABA therapy sessions in a day for a single client, making it almost impossible to meet mastery criteria per session.
@Hi Rasmus - any update on this feature request?

Automatically progressing to acquisition from baseline

It would be great if could make a setting where three incorrect in a row and it automatically progresses to acquisition and creates a phase change line. Also add option to graph from the data sheet in order to progress a baseline that, for example: maybe the client got 33% on the baseline, then you can graph and it shifts it to acquisition and the staff can start taking data on teaching trials from there without having to wait until the next day or skewing the baseline because they need to teach.

Mastery criteria based on frequency only (across or within sessions)

They want mastery within sessions or across sessions (doesn't matter), but with just a specific number (e.g. ask for help 10 times, mastered 10 novel opportunities) regardless of whether that was all in the same session or across a number of sessions

Target mastery/step mastery within session

Progress through task analysis steps or shaping steps within a session by having steps automatically open up after a set number of trials at a current step. E.g. 3 trials of independent/correct then next target opens up.

Can we have probe move to acquisition within the same session?

within a single session move from probe to acquisition if skill is no demonstrated during probe rather than wait until the next session

I am wondering if setting the program to Sufficient Exemplar Training would accomplish this goal.

Yes - please! The ability to auto-advance within 1 session is really necessary. It's a feature in the SBT template, which makes me think that we could do it across other programming, too.
