Currently I believe the treatment areas on the programs page appear in the order in which programs were added to the specific client. This means that for some of my clients their first treatment area grouping of goals might be expressive and for another it might be social skills - it's difficult when trying to find a specific goal because the treatment area organization varies on each page.
