Lock ABC data form

To decrease technician level access modifications for preset antecedents and consequences to streamline grouping of data for analysis by supervisor preset antecedents and consequences. Keeping the behavior group unlocked with the option for notes still available would be helpful.

Right now - there is no great way to discontinue an ABC data collection program other than removing the program. It would be nice to be able to discontinue a program similar to the way other programs can be discontinued.
