It would be helpful if the menu options for reports were frozen at the top when editing reports so that anytime I need to edit report elements or refresh the data I wouldn't need to scroll back to the top of the report

It would be helpful if the menu options for reports were frozen at the top when editing reports so that anytime I need to edit report elements or refresh the data I wouldn't need to scroll back to the top of the report to get to the 3 little dots in order to refresh the data and edit the report elements.
