Have the form be assigned to parent daily without BCBA having to go in each morning and add it.

Forms- Increased functionality so can be used as daily communication log
C
Courtney Tarbox, MS, BCBA
- Form to remain at top like a session, so even when completed, it remains available to be completed again.
- Ability to assign to business unit so we can assign to all team members at once. The team could complete and then it would be viewable as a file for caregivers.

Notifications and comments for forms

I would love to be able to automatically notify a user when a form has been assigned to them, and then when the form is complete, automatically notify the person who assigned the form. It would also be great to be able to "@" people on forms, the way we comment on sessions to @ a user.

Auto send forms

Erin Loper, MS, LBA, BCBA
It would be great if we could set up where a form is automatically completed and sent to caregivers when a session is completed. I would like this for our school notes.

Lock Completed Forms

Sara Carrasco, BCBA, LBA
Signed and published forms should not be able to be edited after the fact. We would appreciate a setting to lock forms or have the audit trail feature put into the forms.

We had this issue with incident reports. We tried to digitize our incident reports and parents kept accidentally opening them and then we had to talk them through ending it on their end. It was a pain!

Hi Sara Carrasco, BCBA, LBA ,
Thank you for your feedback!
An audit trail can be found for forms in the Activities. Please see attached screenshot for guidance.
Forms behave similarly to session notes. If a user role has the permission to reopen and edit an activity, they have the ability to reopen and edit forms as well. The account managers of your organization can manage this permission by navigating to Settings > Organization > User Privileges > Scroll to down to the section titled Activities. This permission is called "Reopen and edit activities." Screenshot below.
