It would be very helpful to have the ability to select multiple programs, or select all programs for a client, and assign the same prompt level hierarchy/template at once.

Currently, prompt levels have to be updated program by program, which can be very time-consuming when setting up or revising treatment plans with many active targets. A bulk option would improve efficiency and help ensure consistency across programs.

Ideally, the feature would allow users to:

Select multiple programs or use a “Select All” option

Apply an existing prompt-level template to all selected programs

Update the prompt hierarchy for all selected programs at once

Optionally choose whether the change applies only to active/acquisition programs or all programs

This would be especially useful when a client has many skill-acquisition targets that use the same prompting hierarchy and would reduce repetitive setup work.
