Edited sessions

I am requesting a way to pull a list of edited sessions for our clients. This way we can go back and make sure any edits made did not change any important details. We are noticing that when “managers” go into sessions that they did not start to help with fixing errors, it is changing the “session name” to the Managers name instead of the employee who conducted the session. We are having to manually change the name each time.

Tiffanie Payne One way to prevent this is to ensure that in your session note, if you are pulling the "user name" into your note template so that the providers name is on the note, make sure you are using the "user name" field that is listed in the "Session" section and not the "User" section. Check this by going into your note template and selecting "Dynamic Fields". Let us know if that makes sense or if you need further support - but this will prevent the name from changing in the note.
