Date and Time Stamps on Comments

Hi there! I would like date and time stamps to be added to the comment section of all activities/appointments.
Currently, when you place a comment within an activity's comment section, it does not display the day and time in which the comment was added.
Having date and time stamps added to each user's comments will help our agency be more diligent with auditing and policy/procedure enforcement.
Please help us to perfect our agency's practices! Thank you for your time and consideration!!

Hi! I was wondering if there was a way to add a time stamp when someone leaves a comment on a note? I realized recently that when our admin leaves a comment for the therapist to complete a note there isn't an indication of when it was made. I didn't know how long it had been since the therapist was given that request. I feel like it would be helpful to know and have that documentation about when we asked for something to be completed or on the other side when we responded if it was something on our end as well.
