When we run sessions in Hi Rasmus that don't have a corresponding appointment in Aloha, there should be an option to push those sessions from Hi Rasmus into Aloha to create & link Aloha Appointments automatically (Or an option in Aloha to pull all unlinked Hi Rasmus sessions to create appointments).
Currently we have to
  1. Search Hi Rasmus for unlinked appointments
  2. Take the details of one session from Hi Rasmus:
  3. Open Aloha
  4. Create an appointment in Aloha for that one session
  5. Go back to Hi Rasmus
  6. Take the details of another session from Hi Rasmus
  7. Open Aloha
  8. Create an appointment in Aloha for that one session
.... Repeat for all unlinked sessions....
  1. Go back to Hi Rasmus
  2. Go to each unlinked session and link them to the Aloha appointments one by one.
Too much work!!!! We would love to utilize the flexibility Hi Rasmus gives to run sessions unrestricted by whether an Aloha session exists or not (Especially for parent training & treatment planning) - but with the power of the integration to support us when we do use that flexibility (rather than being met with the painful workflow above).
