Before switching to Hi Rasmus, we used google sheets, which we have client profile sheet and then a BCBA comments/updates sheet. Having the updates that are presented at the beginning of the session are great, but also finding them on the side all together for a quick reference (like when in a session) would be so helpful, instead of then needing to search each program or if they missed it before beginning the session. I currently have a program inputted under each client with "instructions only" which have the comments/updates + client profile for easier access for them to read, but it has become lengthy and tedious to input.

It would be great to have a "learner profile" feature that lists diagnostic information, medical information, age, living situation, cultural considerations, etc. This would ideally only be viewable by professionals.

Hello! We would LOVE to have a client "face sheet" in which when you open up the client the info page pops up and you have to acknowledge you read through before starting to work with client. This would be really helpful in particular for subs who don't usually work with a particular client, but we want to make sure to equip them with enough information to have a successful session. I know that you can create the "information" or "about me" page, but it would be nice if there was a "default" page with the info on it. Thanks so much!

We created this in our clients profile when we set up our accounts. In the information tab it has IEP start date, current residence (residential housing vs home), diagnostic information, medical information, and checkboxes for whether or not they have a BIP and what services they currently receive, etc. And for medical alerts we added that at the top of an About Me program.
