Better way to pull in narrative sections into reports

I’d love the ability to create an instructions-only program that isn’t an intervention, but instead stores narrative sections for reports, like baseline summaries, assessment findings, or progress summaries. The idea is to write these narrative blocks once and then pull them directly into treatment reports (initial and progress reports) without copy/pasting.
Example: Add baseline summary text to the instructions-only program → pull into Initial Treatment Report. Later add progress summary text → pull both into the Progress Report
This would centralize narrative information, reduce duplication, and keep reports consistent and easy to update.

Hi Alexandra Dupre, M.Ed, BCBA, LBA You can do this with Program Data Fields! You can add custom Program Data Fields at an organization level to store any information you need on a program or instructions only program. These fields can then be pulled into your reports!
Here is a resource on setting up Program Data Fields: https://help.hirasmus.com/knowledge/program-data-fields
