Reports auto save changes as you go instead of hitting save twice (ie. the red save button is redundant, and all change should auto save) to protect in case computer freeze, glitches, or human error.

When writing an assessment/plan it would be great if changes were automatically saved so that work is not accidentally lost by not clicking ‘save’ before exiting the file.
