Auto save feature when writing reports under the progress section

I can't tell you how many times I've accidentally clicked out of a text box without hitting save and have to re-type. It would be nice if it autosaved every minute or so so that I wouldn't have to redo all my work

When writing an assessment/plan it would be great if changes were automatically saved so that work is not accidentally lost by not clicking ‘save’ before exiting the file.
