Alerts / Notification to admin when certain activities are completed (ie. incident reports)

There are a couple of ways you can work around this. Currently, users won’t automatically receive a notification when a form is completed—unless they are tagged in a comment, or a signature is specifically required from them.
That said, you can set this up in advance by editing your form template. To do this, go to Settings > Forms, then open the form you'd like to update. From there, you can select "Require signature from additional staff" to ensure that other team members, such as administrative staff, are notified and prompted to sign.
Note: You must have the ability to edit and assign forms, so you will want to check out your user permissions and settings prior to making changes.
