Alert a clinician when a client profile data field is missing content and/or doesn't contain one of the selection options

Currently: If you switch a data field from text to selection, it does not change the content that is already added to the client's information text box. For the clients that do align with your selection options, no action needed. For the clients that don't align with your selection options, you'll need to go into their client information and re-select one of the options.
A feature that alerts a supervisor when a client profile data field is missing content and/or doesn't contain one of the selection options. It could be as simple as an exclamation point or some signal to the clinician that data fields are missing.
Example: If I change the data field: "funder type" in the client's information section from open-text to selection, the system would show an exclamation point or some signal to the clinician that data fields are missing. This would flag the clinician to properly fill in the data field using the selection options.
Taking it one step further... When an admin switches a data field from text to selection, can they receive a report or export with all of the clients that don't have the data field filled in properly?!
