I see this most when conducting preference assessments. Clients will engage with toys during preference assessment that they don't usually interact with, RBT has to message BCBA, and then it has to be added as a new target. Can there be a prompt option for recording anecdotal notes following the implementation of a program? This would also cut down on time spent sorting through messages from RBTs outside of session time and data can all be reviewed during session.
