Current common goals that Hi Rasmus cannot calculate:
  • Percentage of session: for clients that have variable session lengths, a common goal is “sustained off-task behavior for 5% or less of session duration." Currently everything needs to be exported to process this in excel.
  • Being able to graph by percentage of program day for ABC data
  • ABC data averages cannot be analyzed by overall program. The most you can do is by month.
  • Graphing days when there is no ABC as “0” minutes on graphs
Most of my clients have variable session lengths due to attendance issues (parent dropping off late) or variable school days (half days, late arrival, etc). I currently have to calculate every ABC goal by exporting all session duration data to excel, then exporting all ABCs, then combining ABCs that happen on the same day, plunking them individually into a column next to the session duration, filling in zero duration data, and calculating averages. It is very time consuming.
