👥 Bulk Edit User Profiles from the Users List
Update staff profiles in bulk without opening each one. Go to Settings > Organization > Users, select the users you want to update, and apply changes to the group. 💙
✨What's new:
  • ☑️
    Select multiple users
: Check the users you want to update, or use the header checkbox to select all the users you can edit on the current page.
  • 🎭
    Assign user role
: Give the selected users the same role.
  • 🔘
    Set status
: Set selected users to Active or Inactive in one step. Inactive users retain their session notes and data history, just as they do when you disable an individual user.
  • 🏢
    Assign business unit
: Add a business unit to each selected user. Their existing business units remain. Available to Managers and Administrators.
  • 🎓
    Add professional credentials
: Add a credential to each selected user without replacing the ones they already have.
  • 👀
    Preview before you apply
: See each user's current and new value before you confirm.

💡Why it matters:
Manage onboarding, role changes, and business unit reorganizations with one group update instead of separate profile edits. Preview the changes before saving.
A few things to know as you set it up:
  • Bulk edit requires the Manage Users privilege.
  • You can't bulk-edit your own profile or users whose role is higher than yours.
  • Select-all applies to the current page of the list.
⏱️ Duration Target Settings Now Live on Each Target
Configure each duration target in a Skill Acquisition program individually, with settings now available on the target itself. 💙
✨What's new:
  • 📍
New home on the Targets tab
: Expand a duration target to find its settings under Target-Specific Settings, alongside Prompt level template, Measurement, and Mastery workflow.
  • 🔔
    Timer prompts
: Choose whether to prompt when the timer is started or stopped.
  • 0️⃣
    Fill zero-duration data
: Turn this on or off for each target.
image
💡Why it matters:
Find duration settings directly on each target. Existing programs retain their settings, and new targets start with the program's settings.
Two things to know as you set it up:
  • Duration programs and SBT programs are unchanged. Their duration settings stay on the Data Recording tab.
  • Technicians need the latest Hi Rasmus app version to use target-specific settings in sessions. Older app versions use the program's settings.
📅 Find Dormant Clients with "Is More Than" on Last Client Session Date
✨What's new:
On the Clients page, use the new "is more than" option in the Last Client Session Date filter and enter a number of weeks. Results include clients whose last session was more than that many weeks ago, plus clients who have never had a completed session. Existing date options are now under "is within."
image
💡Why it matters:
Save a filter such as "more than 12 weeks ago" to find clients to review or inactivate without exporting to Excel. Results update each time you open the saved filter.
🔍 AI Note Auditor Re-Checks Notes Edited Before Signing
✨What's new:
If you edit a note after an AI Note Auditor review, then sign it without re-running the Auditor, it now re-checks the note in the background. The updated verdict replaces the previous one, usually within a minute, without blocking or slowing signing. This also applies when a BCBA or supervisor completes someone else's note.
💡Why it matters:
Reviewers see an updated verdict on signed notes without manually re-running the Auditor. This applies to session note templates with "Enable AI Note Auditor review before users sign" turned on.
🗒️ Download a Program Import Sheet Built for Your Organization
✨What's new:
In the Import programs dialog, select the new Download template button next to Select file. The sheet includes a column for each custom program data field, using your organization's field names. A guidance row below the headings lists your organization's workflows, prompt-level templates, and treatment areas.
image
💡Why it matters:
Fill in the template and import it without manually matching columns. Program Type is omitted because a blank value defaults to Skill Acquisition. To import Instructions Only programs, add a Program Type column.

👥
Selecting users and clients
: Your selections in the Hi Rasmus Scheduler and Settings > Offline access stay selected when you filter, search, or reopen the dialog. Selected users and clients also appear as chips above the list.
📥
Session data import
: Session data from ABA Desk, Ensora (Catalyst), and Rethink now imports correctly into non-trial targets, including frequency and duration targets, in programs created through program import.
🎨
Settings pages
: Use search, a column picker, and row-level actions on Places of service, Business units, Treatment services, Session prototypes, and Activity types pages. To disable an activity type, choose Disable from its row menu instead of using the eye icon.
