📆 Scheduling Tool: Overlaps are now considered in weekly hours totals for clients and staff on the calendar view
The weekly hours in the scheduler now count overlapping appointments only once, so the totals match the time your staff and clients actually spend in care.

What’s new:
- ⏱️ Overlaps count once: When appointments overlap, like a supervision during a session or a group session, the overlapping time is only counted once in staff and client hours.
- 👁️ Same place, more accurate number: Hours still appear under each name in the Week view. Totals only change for people with overlapping appointments.

Why it matters:
Overlaps are a normal part of ABA care, from supervision to RBT handoffs. Until now, they inflated the hours in the scheduler. For example, an RBT with a 4-hour session and a 1-hour supervision showed 5 hours instead of 4. Now you can trust the totals when you plan schedules and review workloads.

📆 Scheduling Tool: See total hours while setting up recurring appointments
When you set up a recurring appointment in our scheduling tool, the Repeat window now shows how many hours the series adds up to. You no longer have to count appointments and multiply by hand to understand a client’s schedule. 💙

What’s new:
- ⏱️ Hours summary panel: When you create a new recurring series, a panel under “Ends” shows Per week, Appointments and Total.
- 🎯 Plan within authorized hours: Compare the hours with a client’s authorization before you save, so a series doesn’t go over what’s approved.

Why it matters:
Schedulers need to know whether a recurring series fits a client’s weekly plan. Until now, that meant counting appointments yourself or working it out in a spreadsheet. Now you see the hours while you build the series, so you can catch a mismatch before you save and spend less time on manual math.
