Until now, Hi Rasmus displayed times using your device's time zone, without a way to view or change it. You can now see your active time zone in Account Settings and choose a different one, so displayed times align with the providers and schedules you manage. ๐

- โค๏ธ Heart the ones you use:Hearted time zones appear in their own section of the list for faster switching.
- ๐ฑ Saved to your account:Your selection follows you across web, iOS, and Android devices.
- ๐ Keep charts consistent:Charts and Excel exports group data using your selected time zone, so charts and their accompanying tables stay aligned.
- โน๏ธ Easy to check:You can also find your active time zone under Help > App Information.

Why it matters:
Admins and schedulers often manage providers in other time zones. Previously, Hi Rasmus displayed times using the device's time zone, which did not always match the practice management system. Changing the device's setting affected every other app and still did not solve the issue for schedulers. Now you can align Hi Rasmus with the providers you support without changing your device settings. If you do not select a time zone, your experience stays the same.
A few things to know as you set it up:
- This setting changes how times are displayed. It does not change when sessions occurred or how times are stored.
- If you select "Your device's time zone" and save, Hi Rasmus keeps that time zone even if your device's time zone changes later. If you travel and want Hi Rasmus to follow your device again, click the โ in the Time Zone field and save.
- Times already written in note text remain unchanged.
