Canceled Appointments in the Scheduler Now Show Strikethrough in Timeline View
Canceled appointments in Timeline view of our Scheduling Tool now get the same strikethrough treatment as Week and Daily view.
✨
What's new:
❌
Strikethrough in Timeline view
β€” Canceled appointments display a strikethrough, matching Week view.
🎨
Works with any color filter display
β€” Shows up whether your clinic filters appointments on the calendar by status, provider, or client team in the timeline view.

Why it matters:
For clinics that color-code by something other than status, the strikethrough is the main visual cue for cancellations β€” and it was missing in Timeline view. Now it's consistent everywhere, so you won't miss a cancellation no matter which view you're in.

Introducing the Frequency Target Type: Counting Without the Clock
Frequency targets no longer have to borrow a timer they don't need. There's now a dedicated Frequency target type, built for pure frequency counts with no session-duration tracking attached β€” so you're not stuck pairing a Rate target with a frequency workflow just to get the metric you actually want. Rate targets keep all the flexibility they've always had, and your existing timer-based Frequency programs keep working exactly as they do today. Just a cleaner, timer-free option when frequency is all you're counting. πŸ’™
✨
What's new:
  • πŸ”˜
    Frequency target type
β€” "Frequency" now appears as its own option in the Target Type selector, right alongside Discrete Trial, Duration, and Rate.
  • 🧱
Built like Rate, minus the timer
β€” Frequency targets reuse the same familiar structure as Rate targets, with no timer dependency β€” a clean break from the old timer-based Frequency program logic.
  • πŸ”’
    Measurement locked to Frequency
β€” Once you select the Frequency target type, the Measurement field is automatically set to "Frequency" and can't be changed to Rate, Duration, or anything else.
  • 🎯
    Frequency-only workflows
β€” Mastery Workflow and related workflow dropdowns only show frequency-based workflows and metrics for Frequency targets. Rate targets are untouched and keep access to both rate and frequency workflows, just like before.
  • 🚫
    No timer clutter
β€” Timer configuration β€” session duration binding, start/stop settings β€” is hidden from Target-Specific Settings for Frequency targets, since there's no timer to configure.
  • β˜‘οΈ
    "Fill zero frequency data" checkbox
β€” A new checkbox sits right below the Measurement field in Target-Specific Settings, mirroring the "Fill zero-duration data" option on Duration targets. Unchecked by default: sessions or days with no recorded frequency count are left off the graph. Check it, and those sessions or days graph as zero instead.
πŸ’‘
Why it matters:
Frequency and Rate workflows have always overlapped, but until now, getting a pure frequency count meant working around a Rate target or a timer you never asked for. The new Frequency target type gives BCBAs and clinicians a straightforward way to track frequency on its own terms β€” no timer, no workaround β€” while Rate targets keep the flexibility that existing programs already depend on, and nothing changes for your current Frequency programs or their data.

Access a Lumary Appointment Directly from an Activity in Hi Rasmus
✨ What's new:
Users with access to Lumary can now directly access the corresponding Lumary appointment via a hyperlink option on the activity.
ℹ️ How it Works:
  • Select the three vertical dots on the right hand side on an activity that is linked to a Lumary appt. The activity can be in any status.
  • Select
    [Go to Lumary Appointment]
  • Users without access to Lumary will be taken to the Lumary login page, but if you're logged into Lumary, you'll go directly to the linked appointment in Lumary.

Why it matters:
No more guessing at which appointment the activity is linked to, or clicking back and forth between systems. Look out for a corresponding update on the Lumary side, that will allow you to access a Hi Rasmus activity via a hyperlink on the Lumary appointment.

Updated Filter Experience
✨ What's new:
Filter options have not changed: we've just updated the way filters look in Hi Rasmus - filters in the same category are now nested within a folder, the filter dialog now shows a count of the number of filters selected and users can select multiple filters at once, without having to reopen the dialog to set subsequent filter options.
