Directly Access Clients from the Scheduler
✨
What's new:
Those with access to the Scheduling tool in Hi Rasmus no longer have to navigate away from the calendar to access a client's profile. Click a client's name at the top of the calendar, when scheduling for a specific client or grouping by clients, to open their profile in a pop up screen.

💡
Why it matters:
Fewer clicks to access the information you need to make scheduling decisions! No need to navigate away, one click will pull up their profile, as long as you have the proper access!
📝 NOTE: The Behavior Technician role in Hi Rasmus does not have the option to be able to view a client profile. This can only be granted to Analyst level roles and above.

Easily Identify Discrepancies in Activity End Time and Provider Signature Time
✨
What's new:
We've added a new column to activities reporting titled "Signature Time Discrepancy". This calculates the discrepancy between the end time of a user's activity and the first signature collected (which will always be provider signature, if provider signature is required).
You can also filter your activities by this field to identify any activities in which the signature discrepancy is greater than, less than or equal to a specific amount of time.
💡
Why it matters:
This provides a much more robust picture into signature collection. You can now more easily monitor if providers are latent in signing their notes, or signing them before the activity end time. We recommend creating a saved filter view that displays the signature time discrepancy, any filters you want to set, along with signature time stamps!

🔜 Stay tuned for even more updates to help your organization maintain compliance around signatures.

See Treatment Phases at a Glance on Program Graphs
Program graphs now automatically show you where a program moves from Baseline to Active, and from Active to Maintenance — with clear phase change lines, labels, and separate trends for each phase. No more squinting to figure out where one stage ends and the next begins, so you can read performance by phase and make clinical calls faster. 💙
✨
What's new:
- 📍 Automatic phase change lines— A line now appears on the graph whenever a program moves from Baseline to Active, and again when it moves from Active to Maintenance — no manual setup required.
- 🏷️ Phase labels at a glance— Each phase section is labeled right at the top of the graph: Baseline, Active, or Maintenance, so you always know which stage you're looking at.
- 🚫 Smart Baseline handling— If no data was collected during Baseline, that heading simply won't appear — the graph starts with Active instead.
- 🌱 Maintenance appears at the right time— The Maintenance heading only appears once a program actually transitions from Active to Maintenance.
- 📈 Trends and averages by phase— Trend lines and averages are now calculated separately for each phase, so a strong Maintenance average won't wash out a rocky Baseline, or vice versa.
- ⚙️ On by default, easy to turn off— Phase lines and labels are enabled automatically on program graphs, with a toggle in graph settings for anyone who'd rather turn them off.
💡
Why it matters:
Supervisors spend limited oversight time trying to interpret graphs that don't visually separate treatment stages. With phase changes clearly marked and trends broken out by phase, you can interpret performance within each stage faster and more intuitively — freeing up time to focus on the learners who need it most, and setting the stage for more clinically meaningful progress tracking ahead.
