Rating Scale Data Collection
You can now build a rating scale into a prompt-level template, collect Likert-style scores in session, and track the average on the progress graph—no more approximating ratings with weighted prompt levels. 💙
✨ What's new:
  • 📊 Rating Scale outcome measurement
—Choose Rating Scale under Advanced Settings > Outcome Measurement, then set each level's label, value, and color the same way you do today.
  • 🏷 Labels in session, averages in the note
—Technicians see and select the label rather than the number. The target badge shows the average score for the session, and that average carries into the Session Data table in the session note.
  • 📈 Rating on the graph Y-axis
—A new Rating option scales the Y axis to your template's range and plots the average for each day or session, on both Session Data and Trial-by-Trial views.
💡 Why it matters:
Clinicians who wanted to score dimensions like independence, engagement, or program quality had to bend weighted prompt levels into a shape they weren't built for—complex to configure and never producing a clean average on a graph. The rating scale gives you that measurement natively, in the template builder you already use.
Two things to know as you set it up: targets using a rating scale are excluded from automated mastery workflows, so mark them mastered manually, and rating data is graphed separately from percentage data, so a rating target's graph needs the Rating setting selected to display correctly.

AI Auditor Refinements
The AI Audit Agent now focuses on what it was built to review—session and supervision notes—and only shows you a message when there's something you need to act on. 💙
✨ What's new:
  • 🎯 Session and supervision notes only
—Review with AI is available once you've selected at least one session or supervision activity with a completed note. Other activity types are skipped rather than audited and won't appear in your audit results.
  • ⚠️ Notices only when they apply
—the standing banner is gone. Instead, you'll see a notice when part of your selection isn't eligible or when notes have already been audited and haven't changed since, with a Deselect audited option to clear them.
💡 Why it matters:
The auditor was running on anything in the Activities table, and the same static banner appeared every time regardless of context. Now the tool stays on the notes it can meaningfully review, and when a message does appear, it's because it applies to the selection in front of you. The AI Audit Agent remains in beta and free during that period.

Populate Lumary Custom Fields from Session Note Custom Fields
For Lumary-integrated organizations, a custom session note field can now populate a matching field in Lumary directly, so information your team captures in the note is reportable in Lumary. This one takes setup on both sides—please read the full KB article before turning it on. 💙
✨ What's new:
  • 📤 Send a custom field's value to Lumary
—Turn on Expose field in API for a session note custom field and give it an API field identifier. When the note is sent, that value lands on the matching Lumary field.
  • 🔗 A matching custom field in Lumary is required
—each exposed field needs a custom field already set up in Lumary, and the API field identifier has to match that Lumary field name exactly. Your Lumary administrator handles that side of the setup.
  • 🧾 Reportable in Lumary
—Once the value is on the Lumary field, you can report on it in Lumary and include it on the generated invoice PDF.
  • ⚠️ A setup mismatch stops the send
—If an identifier or field type doesn't line up, the note saves in Hi Rasmus but isn't sent, and the user is asked to have an administrator adjust the template or Lumary. Empty fields are skipped and never overwrite values already in Lumary.
💡 Why it matters:
Specific session note information can now flow directly into Lumary using corresponding custom fields, making this information reportable and reusable in other places within the system - this allows organizations to more easily fulfill compliance and billing requirements that depend on session note details.
This applies only to Lumary-integrated organizations, and because field names have to match exactly on both sides, the KB article covers the setup steps and which field types are supported. Walk through it with your Lumary administrator before you configure anything.
