No More Date Hunting: Program Status Dates Now Fill In on Treatment Reports
Funders want to know when programs were put on hold, moved to maintenance, closed, or discontinued. Until now, that meant looking up each date and typing it into the report by hand. Four new program-level dynamic fields now add those dates to your treatment reports for you, so the dates funders see are accurate. πŸ’™
✨ What's new:
πŸ“… Four new dynamic fields: Program Closed Date, Program Hold Date, Program Maintenance Date, and Program Discontinued Date.
🧩 Right where you'd expect them: You'll find all four in the dynamic field picker, next to the program-level fields you already use.
🎯 Fills in automatically: Each field shows the date the program entered that status. No lookup required.
⬜ Blank when it doesn't apply: If a program never entered a status, that field is simply left blank. No placeholder text, so nothing needs cleaning up before the report goes out.
πŸ”’ Existing reports stay as they are: Reports you've already generated are not changed.
πŸ’‘ Why it matters:
Treatment and progress reports are funder-facing, so the dates in them need to be right. With status dates pulled straight from the program, BCBAs save time on every report and avoid typos and mismatched dates.

Check It Off: Checklists Are Now in Session Note Text Boxes
Checklists made their debut in Treatment Plan and Progress Report text boxes, and now they're coming to Session Notes too! Text boxes in Session Note templates have a Checklist option right next to bulleted and numbered lists. πŸ’™
✨ What's new:
β˜‘οΈ Checklist button in the toolbar: Select one or more lines, click Checklist, and each one gets a checkbox. Click a box while editing to check it off (or uncheck it).
πŸ“ Works like the lists you know: Checklists handle multiple lines and indenting the same way bulleted and numbered lists do.
πŸ–¨οΈ Looks right everywhere: Checkboxes keep exactly the state you left them in when you export to PDF or print.
πŸ”’ Locked when published: Once a session note is published and locked, checkboxes show their saved state and can't be clicked.
🧩 Formatting only: Checking a box doesn't link to goals or data or change anything else in the client's record.

Add a Program's Measurement Metric as a Column on the Progress Page Overview Table
✨ What's new:
πŸ“ Measurement Metric column: Add it from the same column customization picker you already use to choose what shows in the Progress table.
⬆️ First in the list: Measurement Metric sits at the top of the column picker, above Target Status and Program, so it's easy to find.
πŸ’‘
Why it matters:
How a program is measured shapes how you read its progress. Until now, BCBAs reviewing multiple programs had to open each one to check its metric. With the metric right in the table, you can compare programs and analyze progress at a glance.

See Client Scheduled Hours in the Weekly View on the Scheduling Tool
Now you can now see each client's total scheduled hours for the week right in the calendar, so you no longer have to add up sessions by hand. πŸ’™
✨ What's new:
πŸ•’ Weekly hours on every client column: In Week view, each client's column shows their total scheduled time for that week, for example "Scheduled: 8 hr 15 min."
πŸ”„ Updates as you schedule: The total changes right away when you add, move, resize, cancel or reassign an appointment, even before you save.
🚫 Counts only scheduled sessions: Cancelled appointments, staff events and unavailability are left out of the total.
πŸ’‘ Why it matters:
Knowing how many hours a client is scheduled for each week helps you plan with confidence and spot gaps or overloads early. Until now, that meant having to calculate it yourself. Now the number is right where you build the schedule, so you can make adjustments in the moment.

[BETA] The AI Note Auditor can be Embedded in Session Note Completion Workflow
The AI Note Auditor can now run inside the session note workflow, but it stays off until you enable it. You choose which session note templates it runs on, and once it's on, your team sees and fixes flagged issues
before
a note is finalized.
What's new:
  • βœ… Enable β€” When you're ready, turn the Pre-Completion Session Note Auditor workflow on within a session note template; it does not switch on automatically.
  • 🎯 Scope β€” Choose the specific session note templates you want reviewed by the Auditor.
  • πŸ”„ Fix in the moment β€” See flagged issues while finalizing a note, resolve them, and re-run to confirm.
Why it matters:
The Auditor's review used to happen away from where notes are written, so issues surfaced after the fact and notes had to be reopened. Now you can bring the review into the workflow on the templates you choose, on your own timing, so documentation can get corrected before a note is completed.
