Feature Requests

With some insurance changes recently and the flow of our services, it would be beneficial if the parent's signature could be captured at any point while a session is being run.

Would love to be able to drag or move one target from one program to another without having to close out the target and make anew in a new program.

Would love to be able to rotate colors on data collection to help ease the view.

Would love for new targets to show up in a different color/be highlighted as a prompt for techs to see/use.

It adds time to reviewing treatment plans when you have to change view to see what is in the purple custom data fields. It would be great to have a toggle button to choose to view them from the editing view rather than just from the read view.

We are trying to get approval for kiddos to bring into Hi Rasmus from our insurance companies we have credentialed with; but not having a secure way to similar to Google Docs, type up a report and collaborate together and sign the report doesn't seem to be available on Hi Rasmus. Unless one uses a template and copy/pastes in content from a text editor and generates a custom template without any way to show any assessment data also seems illogical. When making tutorials, you need to think about the starting point, not an ending point of where you are and have us catch up to where you are. It's really frustrating not being able to see how Hi Rasmus created the ending points that are commonly in the Knowledge Base videos. Start fresh without any content like we are. Step 1. What do we do? ... Step 2; etc. What would be helpful is having a text editor in Hi Rasmus aside from the template organizer, that inline tags, dynamic fields, signatures, etc could be viewed as an actual document and actually see how the content is being pulled in while we write our first initial ABA assessments and treatment plans (from the templates we make) for new kiddos trying to get approval from insurance companies to—then be able to use all the cool features once their hours are approved.

I'd like the session to be organized according to the same system that is used on the main page (by treatment area)

The ability to write notes while also supervising is great but it is a lot to look at when also trying to monitor data collection or take IOA. As it is set up currently it is hard to see more than a few short term goals at a time which makes it difficult to monitor data in real time. It would be great if the text boxes were automatically minimized and you had to click to enlarge the text box that you were working on. This way the rest of the session would look like the technicians view making it easier to monitor data while also still conducting program modification on specific short term goals.

I am wanting to create a Task Analysis for teaching a client how to put on a pair of gloves and can't create 2 sets of targets for each hand, since they require different motor skills based on their dominant hand. I'd like to be able to have multiple sets of chains under sets of targets.

I would like the option to add default organization to a new client, for instance: a folder for assessments, a folder for programs, a folder for information, etc. Also the ability to have templates in those folders. That way, once a client is added, they can automatically have the organization needed and I only have to go in and individualize it
