For example, if we use the feature of requesting approvals for time changes that they can be auto approved if they are within a certain duration (e.g., 7min or less auto approved vs 8+min goes through approval workflow)

Can there be a filter to have last names in alphabetical order. When pulling the session notes in activities.

Merging requests for updates related to protocol modification, supervision mode & supervision notes.

The issue: RBTs adding data to session note that we don't want in the session note. What we want: The ability to add data by tag or treatment area for a program. Ex. only shows programs with data that include 'maladaptive behavior' as treatment area or tag (no other programs with data would show up as option to include)

We can currently attach video and picture files to session notes, but it would be great to have an audio-only option as well. Being able to attach an MP3 (or a similar format) would make it easier to review sessions, especially when a video isn’t feasible. Audio files are also smaller and would take up less space on the HiRasmus server. 😉

Having a feature in the session notes would be awesome to provide feedback and changes in the exact spot where feedback/ corrections are needed. Also- if the bcba updating the note or providing corrections could go in without changing the name on the note.

When we asking staff to render, they might miss which one because of the same color the icon has. If we can make even more distinguishable, it will help a lot! Also, can we send a message to BI to complete their notes or get their signature

Potential to change how the data is displayed in the session notes. Currently, it can only be displayed by target. I’d like to see the data compiled by program.

It would be helpful to require that users input a minimum number of characters in required fields on notes so they do not just enter one character to move past the field.

It would be very useful to be able to set up fields in session notes that depend on another field or the ability to have drop down options in a table. For example if a certain option is selected in a field, be able to set it up so that another field populates that the user would also have to fill out.
