When unrendering an appointment in Hi Rasmus, it would be great if it also unrednered the appointment in Aloha. Then once the session time and/or note are updated on Hi Rasmus and it's re-sent over, it would update the time/note automatically to Aloha.

It would be super helpful for the place of service scheduled for appointments to auto pull onto the home page in Hi Rasmus as well as into the session notes. Creating less room for error on session notes.

When we run sessions in Hi Rasmus that don't have a corresponding appointment in Aloha, there should be an option to push those sessions from Hi Rasmus into Aloha to create & link Aloha Appointments automatically (Or an option in Aloha to pull all unlinked Hi Rasmus sessions to create appointments). Currently we have to Search Hi Rasmus for unlinked appointments Take the details of one session from Hi Rasmus: Open Aloha Create an appointment in Aloha for that one session Go back to Hi Rasmus Take the details of another session from Hi Rasmus Open Aloha Create an appointment in Aloha for that one session .... Repeat for all unlinked sessions.... Go back to Hi Rasmus Go to each unlinked session and link them to the Aloha appointments one by one. Too much work!!!! We would love to utilize the flexibility Hi Rasmus gives to run sessions unrestricted by whether an Aloha session exists or not (Especially for parent training & treatment planning) - but with the power of the integration to support us when we do use that flexibility (rather than being met with the painful workflow above).

The billing team is utilizing Hi Rasmus to audit session notes that have been sent to Lumary, they would like to be able to easily flag if a note has already been reviewed and audited for accuracy

When a BCBA clicks on supervise in Hi Rasmus, it would be nice if that appointment auto-linked to the Aloha supervision appointment so that BCBAs don't forget to manually link their appointment/send over their notes.

It would be super helpful that if a client has an unavailable appointment in Aloha, it does not pull over to Hi Rasmus since it's currently not able to be mapped to any specific session. It looks very overwhelming and confusing in Hi Rasmus.

Aloha integration: When a BCBA supervises an RBT session in Hi Rasmus and sends the note to Aloha, include the option to push the RBT's name and session information so it prefills the supervision tab in Aloha.

It would be great if there was a way that we could check if the note/note times in HiRasmus match the appointment times in Aloha ABA before we send them. Right now we are being hit with little orange triangles in Aloha when the times don't match and it would be incredibly helpful to have that information checked prior to sending!

Allowing RBT's and Analyst to get session notes signed AFTER the session has been completed and sent to integrated platforms.
