When sorting progress pages for clients with many closed or discontinued programs, it is nearly impossible to sort by treatment type because it pulls all the closed and discontinued programs into the list alphabetically. Ideally, it would be great to have an option to sort only the active programs by treatment type.

Would like to have additional options for filtering program status changes within the client's history timeline. Current option for Program Modification can be too broad sometimes when identifying a specify series of modifications (e.g., active to discontinued)

I am trying to track the frequency a learner emits the echoic "buh." When there are days that 0 instances/frequencies occur, the target will just not graph anything at all. We need a way to be able to track 0 frequencies/count on all targets that use frequency data collection. A 0 is still data that needs to be tracked.

Would love to be able to identify the specific times behavior occur/identify patterns of behavior based on when the time of day they occurred. Heatmap has felt too broad for supportive analysis.

We have speech and OT services so want a section that only SPEECH and OT departments have visibility so the goals do not pop up for ABA services.

When looking at ABC data through the Progress tab, I'm not able to see who collected ABC data. Its useful to see if a behavior is occurring more frequently with one user vs another

Our team would like to be able to change the timer type for duration targets similarly to the countdown/count up timer types used in the rate data collection or to otherwise be able to measure the duration observed against a target duration. Currently users have the ability to set a target for the total observed/average duration of the session, but not set a target duration for a single trial.

It would be very helpful to have the ability to select multiple programs, or select all programs for a client, and assign the same prompt level hierarchy/template at once. Currently, prompt levels have to be updated program by program, which can be very time-consuming when setting up or revising treatment plans with many active targets. A bulk option would improve efficiency and help ensure consistency across programs. Ideally, the feature would allow users to: Select multiple programs or use a “Select All” option Apply an existing prompt-level template to all selected programs Update the prompt hierarchy for all selected programs at once Optionally choose whether the change applies only to active/acquisition programs or all programs This would be especially useful when a client has many skill-acquisition targets that use the same prompting hierarchy and would reduce repetitive setup work.

It would be very helpful if there was an easier way to edit what is on a session instead of having to scroll left and right on the bottom of the screen. More often that not, I accidentally scroll to far and it closes out on me before I am done with edits. Or it will just close out on me randomly. It would also be very helpful if the Supervisors had a way to review what is all on a session (similar to watch/supervise) when the client is not in session. The preview mode when editing a target is great, but it is also helpful to have a snapshot of all things on the session at once. The supervisor view of what is on the session is very limited when the client is not actively receiving services. There are times supervisors may need to make edits outside of session, and not having these features make it more difficult to make sure everything is updated and ready to go.
